The Environmental Engineering Association of Thailand (EEAT) cordially invites executives and personnel from Local Administrative Organizations (LAOs) to participate in the workshop Guidelines for Carbon Footprint Assessment for Local Administrative Organizations.
This workshop aims to enhance knowledge, understanding, and practical guidelines for systematically assessing and managing greenhouse gas emissions within local government organizations.
Training Details
Date & Time: Monday, 15 December 2025 (starting from 08:30 hrs.)
Venue: Dao Rueang Room, Building B, 3rd Floor, D.K. Parklane Convention Hotel, Bangkok
Organized under: The 37th EEAT Annual Environmental Technology Conference 2025
Registration Fee: 1,500 THB/person (includes lunch, refreshments, and training materials; accommodation and travel expenses not included)
Participant Eligibility: The organizing committee reserves the right to accept only participants who complete the registration fee payment before 4 December 2025.

Key Objectives of the Workshop
Raise Awareness and Build Foundational Knowledge:
To help participants understand the importance of global warming issues and the concept of Carbon Footprint, which represents the total greenhouse gas emissions generated by all activities within an LAO.
Provide Standardized Practical Methods:
To equip LAOs with the knowledge to conduct their own Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) assessments in alignment with nationally accepted standards and the guidelines of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO).
Drive Sustainable Management:
With accurate emission data, LAOs will be able to effectively plan and implement greenhouse gas reduction strategies, contributing to the development of low-carbon cities or municipalities.
