Operational Architecture: Auto Clave Smart Control (AI + PAC + Web Tech)

1. AI Logic Generation (Claude AI)

We utilize Large Language Models (LLM), specifically Claude, as the core for generating Logic Design. Engineers input operational parameters—such as air purging, heating, holding (sterilization), and de-pressurization. The AI then converts these requirements into a 100% complete program structure (such as Structured Text or Function Blocks). This significantly reduces human error and accelerates initial code generation.

2. PAC & CODESYS Processing (MC612 PAC)

The AI-generated code is executed on CODESYS, the world-class industrial software standard. Our MC612 PAC (Programmable Automation Controller) serves as the primary processor, managing I/O and PID loops to maintain temperature and pressure within the sterilization chamber according to strict industrial safety standards.

3. Web-Based HMI (HTML5 & Window IPC)

For visualization, we have moved beyond the limitations of traditional touchscreens. By using a Window IPC (Industrial PC) and designing the User Interface (UI) with HTML5 technology, the HMI is not confined to the local control cabinet. It operates directly through a web browser, providing beautiful graphics, high responsiveness, and the ability to monitor machine status from any device on the network.
