BL440 Linux Powered Edge Industrial Computer is a highly configurable industrial-grade ARM based industrial PC. The Linux Based Industrial PC is powered by the Rockchip RK3576J/RK3576 processor, featuring a quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 + quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 + single-core ARM Cortex-M0 architecture, with a clock speed of up to 2.1GHz/2.2GHz. The ARM based industrial PC is available in multiple memory configurations, including 16GB/32GB/64GB eMMC storage and 2GB/4GB/8GB LPDDR4X RAM.
BL440 Series Edge Industrial Computer supports a wide range of I/O interfaces and is equipped with a built-in 6TOPS NPU, enabling deep learning applications. ARM based industrial PC is widely used in industrial control, edge computing, AIoT, artificial intelligence, communication gateways, AGV robots, machine vision inspection, robotics, industrial IoT gateways, energy storage systems, automation control, and railway transportation.
The BL440 series Linux Based Industrial PC offers 1 to 3 optional RJ-45 Ethernet ports, including 2×10/100/1000M and 1×10/100M adaptive ports, 2×USB3.2, and 1 optional HDMI 2.1. Additionally, it supports 1 optional X-series I/O board and 2 optional Y-series I/O boards for communication, PWM output, pulse counting, and other data acquisition and control applications. It also supports 4K@60fps H.264 video encoding and 8K@30fps H.265 video decoding.
The BL440 Series is equipped with a Mini PCIe slot, supporting Bluetooth, WiFi, 4G, and 5G module communication, providing enhanced connectivity options.
The BL440 ARM based industrial PC supports multiple operating systems, including Linux-6.1.75, Linux-RT-6.1.75, Ubuntu 22.04, Debian 11, and Android 13. It is also compatible with Docker containers, Node-Red, and graphical development tools such as Qt-5.15.11.
For industrial data acquisition and protocol conversion, the device supports BLIoTLink, allowing seamless integration with mainstream IoT cloud platforms and industrial SCADA software. Remote access and maintenance can be achieved using the BLRAT remote access tool, and Node-Red enables rapid IoT application development.

The ARMxy series Linux powered edge industrial computers adopt a flexible design concept, allowing users to customize ROM and RAM combinations by choosing different System-on-Module(SoM) boards as needed. Additionally, various X and Y boards can be selected to achieve diverse IO configurations, catering to the requirements of different application scenarios.
Product naming convention
Host Model Number - SOM Model Number - X Board Model Number - Y1 Board ModelNumber - Y2 Board Model Number
For example BL440-SOM440-X10, means 1 Ethernet port, 16GB eMMC storage, LPDDR4X is 2GByte, and 2 RS485
If you need to add WiFi, then you would append "W" to the host model number. For example: BL440W-SOM440-X10
If you need to add a 4G module, you would append "L" to the host model number. For example: BL440L-SOM440-X10
