Servo motor
Absolute value technology is used in the servo motor. Its primary attributes are:
1) Accuracy: achieve closed-loop control of position, speed, and torque; solve the issue of stepping motors being out of step;
2) Speed: The rated speed often reaches 20003000 rpm with good high-speed performance;
3) Flexibility: It can sustain loads that are three times the specified torque and has good overload resistance. It is especially useful for situations requiring rapid starts and sudden changes in load;
4) Stable: suited for situations requiring high-speed responses while operating at low speed;
5) Timeliness: Motor acceleration and deceleration have quick dynamic reaction times, often in the range of tens of milliseconds;
6) Comfort: There is a considerable reduction in noise and fever.
Automated manufacturing six-axis universal industrial robots can complete repeated, very accurate, and swift operations, enhancing the productivity and output of manufacturing lines. They are capable of carrying out a variety of operations, including assembling, welding, spraying, handling, etc., without the assistance of many humans.
