EC400 series CPU is a large PLC, with rich communication interfaces and strong scalability, supporting dual CPU and dual PLC redundancy, providing a stable, reliable and cost-effective solution for large-scale systems in the field of process control.

The body comes with multiple IO channels, including digital input channels and digital output channels.

The body integrates standard RJ45 Ethernet port, supports industrial fieldbuses such as EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Profinet IO, Modbus TCP, CANopen, etc., and supports IoT communication protocols such as OPC UA and MQTT, and integrates serial bus interface, supporting industrial serial buses such as RS485 and CAN to meet the design requirements of industrial field interconnection.

It supports up to 4-core CPU, and provides a low-cycle and high-computing power execution environment for complex algorithms in special process sections, such as real-time PID control, ultra-low latency PD control, high-speed filtering algorithms, etc., to escort the real-time and stability of process automation of large-scale control systems.

Product Features

  1. Ethernet rate reaches 10m/100Mbps adaptive + 10m/100m/1000Mbps adaptive. 
  2. A standard backplane bus is integrated locally. The body supports up to 16 I/O modules (16 * 32 = 512 points), and the head and tail refresh time is less than 1ms. 
  3. The body integrates 16-channel digital input (source/drain type) and 16-channel digital output (drain type). 
  4. Maximum capacity of IO points: 127 remote I/O sites, 2032 I/O modules. 
  5. The Ethernet port can be configured as EtherNET working mode or EtherCAT working mode according to the configuration. 
  6. It can indicate the normal operation of the program, the stop of the program, the system error indication and the bus status indication through the CPU panel.
